hereafter, "the company").
Your data will be treated in order to attend the different relationships between the site, users and the company due to the usage of the apps that the users have available.
2. Information We Collect
The data treatment done at the site is the next:
- "User sign in": to be able to manage the app the user must be registered at our data base. The company as responsible of the files will ask him some personal data trough registration form. These data will be treated in order to allow the correct operation of the app. The company can use the data to get in touch with the registered users in case that will be needed to solve any incidence, and we are allowed to collect new data or confirm the actual ones if needed, in order to be able to comply with the conditions of this contract, to prevent fraud or to make quality surveys about the products and services.
- We collect Personal Data and Measurements when you use our Products and Services. We may also collect Personal Data or Measurement through automated means we use to monitor or work the Services, such as but not limited to information about your Product, its capabilities and applications, the way you use it, your activities on/with the Services, your IP address, your browser, etc.
The company will store the data until the legal periods considered by the law and with no damage to the user rights specified by the law.
3. Location data
The mobile app may access your device's location (precise and approximate) only for the purposes described below. Location access is optional: you can refuse it and still use the rest of the app.
- Home location: when you configure the geolocation function for a home, you can place the home on a map or use your device's current location. The home's coordinates (latitude and longitude) and the distance range you choose are stored on our servers, linked to that home, so that the function can work. You can view them in the Privacy section of the app and modify them at any time.
- Presence detection, including in the background: if you enable the geolocation function for a home and allow location access "all the time", the app uses your device's location in the background, even when the app is closed or not in use, to detect whether you are inside or outside the area around your home, in order to reduce your home's consumption when you are away. This check is performed on your device and also resumes after the device restarts. The app only sends our servers whether you are inside or outside that area, together with your user account and a random identifier of the app installation. Your device's coordinates and the places you visit are not sent to or stored on our servers.
- Setup of WiFi devices: on Android, the operating system requires the location permission to search for nearby WiFi networks when you add a new device. In this case, location is only used for that search and is not stored or sent to our servers.
Location data is used only for the purposes described in this section. You can stop the app from accessing your location at any time by disabling the geolocation function for your home in the app, or by withdrawing the location permission in your device settings.
4. Sessions and security
When you sign in, we record information about that session: the type of device and browser or app you use (user agent), your IP address, and when the session started and when it expires. Your IP address is stored masked: only part of it is kept, not the full address.
We use this information only to keep your account secure and to let you see your active sessions in the app and close any you do not recognise. We process it on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting your account, and it is not shared with third parties. Session information is kept only while the session is active and is deleted when you sign out, when you close the session from the app, or when it expires.
5. Access, rectification, cancellation and opposition rights
Users can apply in any time for their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition rights, in the terms legally established, using the next mail or email direction info@lucht-lhz.de and providing in any case a document that proves their identity.
